Online scams can affect a person’s finances, privacy, confidence, and independence. This workshop replaces fear with a simple, repeatable safety process participants can use in everyday life.

Clear instruction, real-world examples, demonstrations, and guided practice help residents recognize threats and build safer online habits.
- PRACTICAL TECH SUPPORT
Time is also reserved for simple questions involving smartphones, tablets, email, apps, settings, passwords, photos, and other everyday technology concerns.
WORKSHOP FORMAT
45–60 minutes of accessible instruction, followed by approximately 15 minutes for questions and practical technology support. Participants are encouraged to bring their own smartphone or tablet.
