Technology With Patience. Confidence at Every Age.
Meet the Founder
The reason I started this company came from a moment with my grandmother that I’ll never forget.
One day, she called me and asked if I could help her reset her email. What seemed like a simple task turned into something much bigger. I sat down with her and walked her through every single step, taking my time and making sure she understood everything clearly.
As I explained it, I watched her pull out a piece of paper and a pen and carefully write down every single step I was telling her.
And when she finally got back into her email, the smile on her face said everything.
It was relief. It was confidence. It was pride.
That moment stayed with me.
It made me realize that so many seniors aren’t struggling because they can’t learn technology—they just need someone patient enough to teach them in a way that makes sense.
That’s when I understood that technology is about much more than devices.
It’s about staying connected to family.
Protecting yourself from scams.
Maintaining independence.
And feeling confident in a world that’s constantly changing.
That experience inspired me to create Newfound Tech Solutions for Seniors.
My mission is simple:
To help seniors feel safe, confident, and empowered through technology education.
I believe no one should feel left behind because technology moved too fast, and it’s never too late to learn something new.
Technology Learning Designed Around People
Clear Instruction. Hands-On Practice. Patient Support.
Newfound Tech Solutions for Seniors provides practical technology workshops and support for adults 55+. Every session is designed to make learning feel welcoming, useful, and achievable.
We partner with senior communities, senior centers, independent living communities, and local organizations throughout Tampa and surrounding areas. Participants learn through clear explanations, live demonstrations, hands-on practice, accessible materials, and time for everyday technology questions.
Our workshops cover the skills that matter in daily life—from recognizing scams and using smartphones to communicating with loved ones, managing online accounts, navigating health tools, and exploring digital entertainment.
One workshop. Two valuable experiences.
Education that builds understanding. Patient support that helps participants put what they learn into practice.
The goal is not to make anyone a technology expert. It is to help each person feel safer, more independent, and more confident using the technology already in their life.
A Better Technology Experience for Your Community
Learning That Respects Every Participant
When a community invites Newfound in, participants are welcomed exactly where they are. Questions are encouraged. Lessons move at a comfortable pace. No one is rushed, talked down to, or made to feel behind.
For activity directors and community leaders, that means programming with a clear purpose: helping residents build practical skills, strengthen independence, and feel more connected.
